Although the USA and Russia pretend to be fighting on all international issues, behind all these gimmicks thee is a strong bond between them following the collapse of Soviet system and Cold war in 1990s. Since there is not Muslim nation on the UNSC with veto the UNSC-5 boldly implemented their hidden terror operations for energy resources and routes in Mideast. In fact Turkey, the then Ottoman Empire should have found a seat in veto regime of UNSC, but USA and UK skillfully thwarted Turkish goals by pretending to be their friends and assuring all assistance form UNSC-5. Saudi Arabia, like wise preferred to be a westerners’ football rather than responsible Islamic leader to protect the religion and Islamic world by being on the UNSC with veto.

American terrorism is not ending, but rather increasingly active in Islamic world. In barbarian act of US-led NATO syndicate occupying Afghanistan and Pakistan, a US unmanned aircraft fired five “democratic” missiles (terror drones) in Af-Pak, at a group of Muslims whom they readily describe as “suspected insurgents” in Pakistan's tribal region near the Afghan border on 3 July, killing 16 defenseless people. Several more Muslims were injured in the attack in Naiz Narae village in South Waziristan tribal district. NATO rogue states are destroy8ng both Afghanistan and Pakistan almost simultaneously by keeping their puppet regimes in good terror humors with cash and liquor.

Russia has achieved trade deals with puppet regimes in Afghanistan and Iraq with US help. Russia and USA and their shared allies have committed the Sept-11 and shifted the blame on Afghanistan Taliban so that ANTO could invade Afghanistan with indirect Russian support. Meanwhile, Nikolai Makarov, the chief of staff of Russian Armed Terror Forces revealed that Russia and NATO have similar long-term interests in Afghanistan. Makarov said Russia is interested in successful operations of the international force and renders real assistance to the NATO contingent in Afghanistan. He pointed out, too, that Russia ensures the transit of military equipment and personnel to Afghanistan.

It appears, USA fights Russia on alien lands taking up issues to gain profits. NATO severed ties with Russia following the August 2008 conflict with Georgia. In January 2010, the Russian and NATO chiefs of staff met in Brussels for talks. As a result, a framework military cooperation treaty was approved. The agreement was seen as an important step toward the restoration of military ties between Russia and NATO.

Russia shares with USA, UK and China anti-Islamic/anti-Muslim issue, while Russia feels suffocated without being in WTO which USA has successfully opposed and almost permanently blocked the former communist Kremlin from entering the WTO especially after the terrorist attack on WTO (World Trade Centre) in New York in 2001, though openly both deliberately don’t refer to it so that their occupation of Afghanistan does not become openly illegal.
