Our product quality inspection service aims to ensure that the products purchased by our clients meet all given product specifications, quality standards and safety requirements. Quality inspection can find most of the quality problems of products at different stages of production. Detailed inspection report will be produced after each of the quality inspections:

1. Pre-production inspection
This process is carried out at the beginning or pilot run of the production line and is based on the customer's specifications and reference sample (if available). The Pre-production inspection includes checking the key components and materials, monitoring the assembly process and the first production set up, product check for the function, specification, appearance, accessories and packing condition. The Pre-production inspection is to find out all the potential defects in the products and solve the problems before the mass production starts.

2. In-Process quality inspection
The In-process quality Inspection is conducted when the production processes are on going, our quality engineer will check the complete production process step by step, including the process set up, key components and materials, working instructions and semi-products as well as the completed products. Any follow up issues from the Pre-production inspection will also be checked for the implementation. All the actual status of non-conformance will be reported and related corrective actions for improvements be suggested. This In-process quality inspection can help identify problems as they arise during the production process, thus allowing corrective action to be taken at an early stage so that to avoid the last minute delays during final pre-shipment inspection.

3. Final pre-shipment inspection
Final pre-shipment inspection is carried out when the merchandise is fully produced, packed and in all respects ready for shipment (when the shipment is urgent and agreed by the customer, the final pre-shipment inspection also will be carried out when at least 80% of the goods ordered are export packed). This is a sampling inspection and the samples are selected at random, according to sampling standards and procedures. The inspection ensures that the production is in accordance with the specifications, purchase orders or letters of credit.

4. Product Testing / Laboratory Testing
This service is provided to conduct the product functional test as well as the reliability and safety test, using the customer on-site supplier test equipment or supplier's factory laboratory and equipment, on newly developed or constructional modified product. This test includes the functional test, reliability test, transit test, safety test, life test, etc.

5. Loading Supervision
The loading supervision service can make sure that the outer products packaging and containers are in good condition, the products being loaded are the right ones with comparing with the purchase order and without mixing with other products packages, the actually products quantity being loaded, and so on. Also we will check the products storage conditions before the loading, the weather conditions on the loading day, etc.

6. 100% Sorting Inspection
100% sorting inspection service can make sure that each piece of finished products meets specified quality requirements. This sorting inspection can be conducted during the production process, or after the goods are finished, our inspections will check the products piece by piece for all conditions like general appearance, workmanship, functions, safety and other points required by clients, sorting out all defectives and finally sealing goods which pass inspection stickers.
